Pricing
Starting rates, published
These are the figures behind every proposal I write. Each one is a starting point for a defined scope — you always receive one fixed cost, a timeline and a list of deliverables before work begins.
Project rates

Questions
Before you ask
- How do I get an exact price?
- Describe the business problem through the enquiry form. You receive a proposal with the scope, deliverables, timeline and a fixed cost before any work starts.
- Why is each rate shown as a starting range?
- The starting figure reflects what the work usually involves. A single service page and an appointment system with records need different amounts of design, setup and testing. Your proposal names one number for one defined scope.
- When is payment due?
- A 50% deposit starts the work and the remaining 50% is due on delivery.
- What happens if the work grows beyond what we agreed?
- Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted at GHS 500 per working day and confirmed with you before it begins.
- Do you work with businesses outside Ghana?
- Yes. The enquiry form is open to businesses in Ghana and beyond.
